Services

Ameri-Cool LLC provides residential and commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services in Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida. All work is performed by Florida-licensed technicians. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

Warranty

All repairs include a 1-year labor warranty. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. The Ameri-Cool Comfort Club membership includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the first tune-up visit.

Limitation of Liability

Ameri-Cool LLC's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, consequential damages, or issues arising from failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
